Yes, you need to be a Graduate in any discipline to enroll into the program and receive your certification. In case, you are in your final year or writing your final semester examination, you can still enroll in the program, but you will only receive your certification post successful award of the graduation degree.

Post registration, you will be taken through pre-assessment test where you will be tested for quantitative ability which is marked, and a psychometric assessment (for job role fitment). On the basis of the outcome of your pre-assessment, you will be enrolled into the program.

If you have successfully completed the training, you stand a very good chance to land a job. You will have to clear the scheduled interviews (client-end) to be assured of a job.

The registration for pre-assessment is absolutely FREE. Only after successfully clearing the pre-assessment, you would need to pay the program fees to enrol into the program.

On successfully completing the program, you will be hired by Hexis and be deployed at sites/locations of large IT Parks, SEZ, Smart Cities, IT, ITES companies, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, etc.

You need to have pre-requisite English skills, in order for you to enroll into the program. In case you are short of the desired skills, we offer an English skills enhancement program on our website. The program offers an online instructor led training of 30 hours and a mobile app for you to practice and improve your skills.

HEXIS is well aware of labor law policy and abides by same. Staffing activities such as background verifications of deployed candidates, Payroll and statutory compliance would be managed by Hexis through generic pay roll system.

No, there is no specific annual contract that the Staffing Company needs to execute, but there will be a time bound contract based on the needs of the staffing company.
